Martin Perez CPA was founded with a simple belief: every business deserves thoughtful financial guidance that extends beyond compliance.

My journey in accounting began at Texas A&M University, where I completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Financial Management. During my undergraduate studies, I was part of Texas A&M's Professional Program in Accounting (PPA) as a member of Group 30.

After graduation, I joined my father, a respected solo practitioner, and together we established Martin Perez & Sons. Working alongside him taught me not only the technical aspects of the profession, but also the importance of trust, integrity, and building lasting client relationships. After becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), I founded Martin Perez CPA to provide small businesses with proactive tax, accounting, and financial guidance tailored to their unique needs.

As a small business owner myself, I understand that behind every financial statement is an entrepreneur making difficult decisions, balancing competing priorities, and investing in the future of their business. That perspective shapes the way I work with clients—providing practical guidance, responsive communication, and long-term support tailored to their goals.
